We charge a flat rate of £4.50 for delivery of all framed prints purchased from the Stone Cross Prints website. Books ordered from our book reprints section are charged at a flat rate of £3.50.
Please note we only post items within the UNITED KINGDOM. Stone Cross Prints will endeavour to dispatch your order within two working days of receiving cleared payment. Smaller orders (under 600 x 600 x 450 mm) are sent by Royal Mail Signed for Delivery. This usually takes 1-2 days.
Packages greater than 600 x 450 mm in size will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel. Delivery takes approximately 3+ days.
All items will be suitably wrapped and labelled.
All framed prints have acrylic and NOT glass glazing (unless stated in the listing) in order to make delivery weight lighter and transport safer.
We obtain a proof of postage for every order sent, in order to assist in claims against Royal Mail (in the very rare event) for non-delivery or mishandling of goods.
